Each session is instructor-led and built around a structured circuit of 12 stations:

  • 6 functional bodyweight stations (balance, mobility, agility, and coordination)
  • 6 equipment-based strength and cardio stations (kettlebells, sleds, rowers, slam balls, and more)

You’ll rotate through each station in timed intervals—no guessing, no wandering aimlessly like in a gym. Every workout is clearly explained, with modifications offered for all levels, so you can work at your pace, while still being challenged.
